These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between m99m ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "User", "Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service, game, or feature made available through the website athttps://m99m.cam and any associated mobile or web applications.

m99m is an online casino and sports betting platform operated under an international gaming licence. The Platform offers a range of gaming services including, but not limited to, live casino games, slot games, table games, and real-time sports betting markets covering competitions such as the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, the UEFA Champions League, UFC, and various other sporting events of interest to Malaysian players.

By creating an account or placing any bet or wager on m99m, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform in any capacity.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Registration on m99m is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that at the time of registration, and on an ongoing basis throughout the use of the Platform, all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum and applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
• You are registering as an individual on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You do not hold an existing Account on m99m. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of any employee of m99m or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You are acting of your own free will and are not acting under duress or coercion.
• You have not previously been subject to a self-exclusion or permanent suspension on m99m or any affiliated platform.

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form. This includes, at minimum, a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, and confirmation of your date of birth and residential country.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide truthful information at the time of registration and to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination without refund of any pending bonus funds.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. m99m will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify m99m support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

4.4 KYC Verification

m99m operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a valid Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence — and proof of address (such as a utility bill dated within three months) before your Account is fully activated or before any withdrawal is processed. Verification typically takes 24 to 48 hours. You acknowledge and agree that m99m may verify your identity through third-party identity verification services.

5.1 Personal Use Only

Your Account and access to the Platform are strictly for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account, any credits, winings, or any rights associated with your Account to any third party.

5.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on m99m. If99m detects multiple accounts associated with the same individual (whether identified through name, address, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or any other means), all secondary accounts will be closed and any balance held within those accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

5.3 Jurisdiction

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction prior to using the Platform. m99m does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is legal in any specific jurisdiction. If you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you must not use the Platform.

5.4 Platform Availability

m99m endeavours to maintain Platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or as a result of events beyond our reasonable control. m99m shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

m99m accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of Malaysian payment methods, including but not limited to: FPX (Financial Process Exchange) bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank; DuitNow QR; Touch 'n Go eWallet; Boost eWallet; GrabPay; and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT TRC20, and BNB). All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the Player elects to deposit in a supported cryptocurrency, in which case the MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate is credited.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the Platform's Cashier section and may be updated from time to time. As a general guide, e-wallet deposits start from MYR 30, FPX bank transfers from MYR 50, and cryptocurrency deposits from the equivalent of MYR 30.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the Platform's Cashier section. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost) are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. FPX bank transfers typically clear within 10 to 30 minutes subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times, which may take 15 to 60 minutes depending on network congestion.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the same name as the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. m99m reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Any pending withdrawal request may be delayed or withheld pending the outcome of an AML review or KYC verification process.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and rewards offered by m99m are subject to specific terms and conditions that are stated in full on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money deposits and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they or any winings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are set out in each promotion's specific terms. As a general principle, slot games typically contribute100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino table games may contribute a different percentage as stated in the promotion terms.

7.3 Abuse of Promotions

m99m reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winings, and to suspend or close an Account, where it reasonably suspects that a Player has abused the bonus system. Indicators of bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated betting patterns designed to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, and the use of prohibited software or strategies to exploit promotional terms.

7.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

m99m reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred in relation to existing accepted bonus offers.

8.1 Game Integrity

All casino games offered on m99m — including slot games, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger, and other table games — use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game RTP (Return to Player) values are publicly available for all slot titles and reflect the statistical return over a large volume of play, not any individual session result.

8.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on m99m cover a wide range of sporting events including English Premier League (EPL) football, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, the UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events of interest to Malaysian sports fans. Odds are displayed in decimal format by default. All bets are settled in accordance with the specific sports betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform.

8.3 Bet Acceptance

m99m reserves the right to refuse any bet, limit maximum stake amounts, or void accepted bets where there is reasonable evidence of a technical error in the displayed odds, an obvious pricing mistake, or any form of match-fixing, collusion, or irregular betting activity. Bets placed on events where the outcome is already known at the time of placement will be voided regardless of the displayed odds.

8.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a game or system malfunction that results in an incorrect outcome being displayed, m99m reserves the right to void any affected bets and restore Account balances to their state prior to the malfunction. m99m shall not be liable for any losses arising from such malfunctions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on m99m and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under the age of 21, or assisting a minor in accessing the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with games in any way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using stolen payment credentials or conducting transactions associated with fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the Platform's games or payment systems for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of chargeback fraud or reversing legitimate deposits after using those funds on the Platform.
• Sharing your Account credentials or permitting any third party to access or operate your Account.

All content on the m99m Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game designs, user interface elements, software, trademarks, and any other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to m99m and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works of, or exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of m99m.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m99m and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any services provided thereon;
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials;
• Technical malfunctions, interruptions, or errors affecting game outcomes;
• Any reliance placed by you on the accuracy or completeness of odds, statistics, or other information displayed on the Platform;
• Any actions taken by m99m in good faith in accordance with its AML, KYC, or responsible gambling obligations.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit m99m's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

m99m reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity in connection with your Account;
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulatory guidance, or court order;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting m99m support. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you following satisfactory completion of KYC verification and any outstanding wagering obligations, subject to AML checks.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which m99m holds its gaming licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through m99m's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable gaming authority.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

m99m reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made to these Terms, m99m will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent on-site notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13 above.
